Gabbro is privately owned and the chefs are responsible for sourcing excellent quality fish, game, beef and poultry and the freshest fruit and vegetables to create delicious food for your enjoyment.

Andrew Stott is responsible for all Front of House Service within Gabbro and is always happy to lend advice on dishes and of course, Scottish whiskies.  Andrew brings with him a BSc in Mathematics against a varied knowledge and experience in both customer care and Front of House services.  Andrew studied overseas in Austin, Texas (USA) and together with our Front of House Team is responsible for ensuring you enjoy the highest levels of customer service throughout your meal.  We will  assist you with your drinks, cocktails and wine selections and offer advice on any menu item or help with special dietary requirements if you require this.
